Welcome to HenaShade. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the HenaShade online store, which offers Mice, Keyboards, and Headphones. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. User Agreement

By using the HenaShade website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to use this website solely for lawful purposes, including browsing product information, placing orders, and contacting customer support. You may not attempt to interfere with the site's functionality, reverse engineer any part of the platform, or use automated tools to scrape product data without prior written consent.

All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that product specifications, images, or colors are completely error-free. In the event of a pricing or descriptive error, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust your order accordingly, with a full refund issued if payment has already been processed.

2. Limitation of Liability

HenaShade shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim related to a product purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific product.

While we take reasonable measures to ensure our Mice, Keyboards, and Headphones are free from defects, all products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that any product will operate uninterrupted or error-free, nor do we assume responsibility for damages caused by improper use, accidental drops, liquid exposure, or unauthorized modifications. This limitation applies to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the HenaShade website—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product images, button icons, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software—is the property of HenaShade or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of HenaShade.

You may not reproduce, distribute, display, transmit, or create derivative works from any part of this website without our explicit prior written permission. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action. Product names, logos, and brands mentioned on our site that are not owned by HenaShade remain the property of their respective owners and are used solely for descriptive purposes.

4. Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from HenaShade. If for any reason you are not, you may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at [email protected]. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or defective. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and any product showing signs of wear, physical damage, or missing components may be subject to a partial refund or rejection.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any applicable shipping charges, at no additional cost to you.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which HenaShade operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the website shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
